The band will need to be provided with a running sheet for the day to co-ordinate loading in, sound check and starting and finishing times. Special moments during the night such as toasts, speeches, cutting of the cake and  bridal dance should be listed. * Please note that a typical setup and sound check for the band will take around 2 hours.
